Origins & leading edge

Formerly K.&A. Partners founded in 1989 by experts in behavorial science applied to business management, Axekap has developed historical capabilities in organizational effectiveness; and then focused efforts on developing strategies to boost profitable growth for our clients. We have used decision and risk analysis models extensively, initially a probability based and statistically driven financial modeling of risk, to enhance the strategic decision making process and provide support to senior business leaders.
We naturally built competencies on M.& A. activities, with a focus on strategic planning, due diligence and successful integration processes. This has been our core business for the last decade. More recently we have added significant resources, acquiring expertise in communications and information technologies, as well as strengthening our international presence to meet global clients demand.
